Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Support HR needs including talent acquisition, employee relations, and compliance.
Develop HR solutions that align with company goals.
Manage recruitment processes from strategy to onboarding.
Handle operational HR tasks and resolve complex employee issues.
Ensure HR actions like hires, terminations, and changes are processed accurately.
Maintain compliance with HR records and conduct periodic audits.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience at a Business Partner level.
Either have experience or be comfortable working as sole HR for the UK.
Strong recruitment and HR process experience.
Excellent interpersonal skills to manage sensitive situations.
Knowledge of local labor laws and HR administration standards.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong analytical and organisational skills.
