  • Support HR needs including talent acquisition, employee relations, and compliance.
  • Develop HR solutions that align with company goals.
  • Manage recruitment processes from strategy to onboarding.
  • Handle operational HR tasks and resolve complex employee issues.
  • Ensure HR actions like hires, terminations, and changes are processed accurately.
  • Maintain compliance with HR records and conduct periodic audits.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience at a Business Partner level.
  • Either have experience or be comfortable working as sole HR for the UK.
  • Strong recruitment and HR process experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to manage sensitive situations.
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and HR administration standards.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong analytical and organisational skills.
