HubSpot & Digital Marketing Specialist Contract Type: 12-month maternity cover contract Location: Hybrid (2–3 days per week in Taunton) Rate: circa. £350 per day
Reed Marketing & Creative are pleased to be partnering with a well-established organisation to recruit a HubSpot & Digital Marketing Specialist. This role will play a key part in supporting the delivery and optimisation of global digital marketing programmes, ensuring marketing systems, data, and customer journeys are effectively aligned to drive engagement and performance.
Day-to-day of the role:
Manage and optimise HubSpot (Enterprise) to support campaign delivery, including workflows, automation, lifecycle stages, and lead scoring.
Build, test, and optimise digital campaign assets such as emails, landing pages, forms, CTAs, and segmentation lists.
Support the delivery of multi-channel campaigns across global, segmented B2B audiences.
Ensure campaign governance and best practice, including UTM tracking, naming conventions, QA, and reporting alignment.
Maintain and enhance website performance and user experience via CMS platforms (e.g. Drupal), including landing page creation and content updates.
Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to coordinate website changes and campaign activity.
Develop and maintain reporting dashboards to monitor campaign performance, providing insights and optimisation recommendations.
Support data management, segmentation, and audience growth, ensuring high standards of data quality and compliance.
Required Skills & Experience:
Proven hands-on experience with HubSpot (Marketing Hub), including automation, workflows, and campaign delivery.
Strong background in digital marketing operations within a complex B2B environment.
Experience building and optimising campaign assets across email, web, and automation platforms.
Understanding of customer journeys, segmentation, and performance optimisation.
Experience working with CMS platforms (e.g. Drupal) and coordinating website updates.
Strong analytical skills with experience using reporting tools (e.g. HubSpot reporting, GA4).
Knowledge of SEO best practice and digital user experience principles.
High attention to detail, particularly in QA, testing, and data governance.
Awareness of data protection and privacy considerations within digital marketing.
