Join our client as a HR Business Partner to support the implementation of HR processes and policies, ensuring effective operational support across the organisation.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Conduct colleague onboarding and oversee recruitment processes, including managing recruitment events and minimising agency spend.
Provide HR case guidance, support disciplinary and consultation procedures, ensuring compliance with policies and legislation.
Promote a performance management culture, assisting managers with the performance of their teams.
Act as the first point of contact for HR queries, maintain HR documentation, and ensure all HR policies are up-to-date and adhered to.
Develop and implement engagement, wellness, and employee relations initiatives.
Travel to various locations to provide direct support to managers on HR matters, ensuring a consistent approach across all sites.
Monitor HR metrics and contribute to management reports, ensuring data accuracy and timely submission of statutory reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a HR Business Partner role or equivalent.
CIPD level 5 qualification or equivalent. (not essential)
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR practices.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.
Full, clean driving licence.
