About the Role

My client is looking for an experienced and proactive HR Advisor. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being at the heart of people related activities across a geographically spread workforce.

With communication mainly taking place via phone, MS Teams, and email, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality HR support, with occasional travel required where necessary.

Key Responsibilities

🔧 You will be actively involved in:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for employee queries and employee relations (ER) matters
  • Managing and supporting sickness absence monitoring
  • Conducting exit interviews and health questionnaire discussions
  • Supporting and maintaining the Access People XD system, including reporting and updates
  • Assisting with people-related communications and initiatives throughout the year
  • Providing expert advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures
  • Supporting disciplinary and grievance investigations

About You

✅ To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Have previous experience working as an HR Advisor
  • Be CIPD Level 5 qualified
  • Be a proactive self-starter with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Have a naturally curious mindset and desire to learn
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Be confident using HR systems and reporting tools

🚗 A full driving licence would be beneficial but is not essential.
