Our client is looking for an experienced HR Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis for 1 month, covering a period of staff absence. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a supportive team and make a real impact by streamlining processes and improving efficiency.
Hours: Full or Part Time. Monday to Friday, flexible start/finish between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Fully office-based role
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive HR administrative support
Manage onboarding and offboarding activities
Assist with payroll processing
Handle seasonal and zero-hour contracts
Maintain HR systems (PeopleHR experience is a bonus)
Utilise Microsoft Suite, including Forms, to enhance HR workflows
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in HR administration
Familiarity with HRIS & PeopleHR systems
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent organizational and communication skills
