Reed HR are looking for a highly organised and detail-focused HR Administrator to join a friendly and fast-paced people team at our client in Farnham.

Reporting into the HR Business Partner, this is a fantastic opportunity for a strong administrator who enjoys working with people, systems and processes in a collaborative environment.

The Role

You’ll play a key role in delivering a smooth and engaging experience for new starters from offer through to onboarding, acting as their main point of contact and ensuring everything is completed accurately and on time.

Alongside this, you’ll support the wider HR function by providing high-quality administrative support across the full employee lifecycle. 

This is a varied role where no two days are the same - from onboarding and maintaining HR systems to responding to queries and supporting internal processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a seamless and positive onboarding experience for new joiners
  • Prepare contracts, offer letters and onboarding documentation
  • Carry out pre-employment checks (right to work, references, etc.)
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records on HR systems
  • Provide first-line HR advice and support to employees and managers
  • Support HR processes such as probation reviews, changes, leavers and reporting
  • Assist with general HR administration and wider People team activities
