We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented HR Administrator to support the day-to-day operations for one of our key clients in their HR team. This varied role is crucial for maintaining accurate employee records, supporting recruitment processes, and ensuring a smooth employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding. Day-to-day duties of the role:
Provide administrative support to the HR team across all areas of the employee lifecycle.
Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring HR systems and files are up to date and compliant.
Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job adverts, coordinating interviews, and screening applications.
Support onboarding processes, including preparing contracts, offer letters, and new starter documentation.
Manage employee absence records, holidays, and other HR-related data.
Respond to employee queries in a timely and professional manner.
Support payroll by providing accurate employee data and processing changes.
Assist with HR reporting and documentation, including audits and compliance checks.
Ensure confidentiality and data protection standards are maintained at all times.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Previous experience in an administrative role (HR experience desirable but not essential).
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
