Day-to-day of the role:

  • Lead the marketing team in designing and executing distinct, tailored marketing roadmaps for our various business units.
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee our presence at major trade shows, exhibitions, and industry expos to generate leads and showcase our brands to key B2B audiences.
  • Drive SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media ecosystems across both B2B and B2C markets.
  • Oversee the production of compelling content, promotional materials, and multi-channel advertising campaigns.
  • Continuously monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance to optimise marketing spend and maximise return on investment.
  • Mentor internal marketing professionals and manage partnerships with external creative and PR agencies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a marketing management role, with a strong mix of B2B and B2C/hospitality exposure being a distinct advantage.
  • Ability to effortlessly switch mindsets between corporate industrial distribution and fast-paced retail/hospitality.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, e-commerce platforms, social management tools, and trade show project management.
  • Exceptional copywriting, stakeholder management, and networking abilities.
  • Full-time availability at their Middlesbrough office, with flexibility for occasional travel to regional sites and events.
