They are looking to add to their NPD team with someone from a relevant Food/Nutritional Science or Food Design Degree, training them in things such as factory trials, specifications, development tracking, shelf-life analysis, raw material management and sensory evaluation.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting product development from concept through to launch, ensuring feasibility, cost efficiency, and alignment to briefs.
  • Creating, testing, and refining product samples, capturing data, conducting analysis, and supporting continuous improvement projects.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally (technical, operations, commercial, supply chain) to deliver successful product launches.
  • Managing trials, documentation, and compliance requirements, ensuring accuracy in specifications, quality, and safety standards.
  • Tracking project progress, communicating updates to stakeholders, and managing timelines while identifying opportunities for innovation.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Coming from a relevant Food or Nutritional Sciences Degree
  • Any previous experience in a Food Manufacturing environment is highly advantageous
  • A passion for self-development and eager to continuously learn on the job
  • Confident and excellent communication skills, comfortable working with various teams and communicating with stakeholders at all levels both inside & outside of the business
