They are looking to add to their NPD team with someone from a relevant Food/Nutritional Science or Food Design Degree, training them in things such as factory trials, specifications, development tracking, shelf-life analysis, raw material management and sensory evaluation.

Responsibilities:
Supporting product development from concept through to launch, ensuring feasibility, cost efficiency, and alignment to briefs.
Creating, testing, and refining product samples, capturing data, conducting analysis, and supporting continuous improvement projects.
Managing trials, documentation, and compliance requirements, ensuring accuracy in specifications, quality, and safety standards.
Tracking project progress, communicating updates to stakeholders, and managing timelines while identifying opportunities for innovation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Coming from a relevant Food or Nutritional Sciences Degree
Any previous experience in a Food Manufacturing environment is highly advantageous
A passion for self-development and eager to continuously learn on the job
Confident and excellent communication skills, comfortable working with various teams and communicating with stakeholders at all levels both inside & outside of the business
Full right-to-work in the UK
