The Role

This is a varied and rewarding position where you will play a key part in supporting pupils and staff across multiple areas of school life. As a Graduate Assistant, you will:

  • Support teaching staff within the classroom, with opportunities to contribute to lesson delivery
  • Assist academic departments across a range of subjects (no specific specialism required)
  • Contribute to the broader curriculum, including co-curricular and enrichment activities
  • Provide pastoral support within a boarding house environment
  • Take an active role in the day-to-day life of this busy and diverse boarding community
  • Undertake at least one evening duty per week in a boarding house

This is a generalist role, and we welcome applicants who, through experience or qualifications, can contribute to a wide range of academic or co-curricular areas.
