Finance (and Payroll) Lead – Part-Time (0.4–0.5 FTE)
Location: Fully remote
Contract: Fixed-term (minimum 6 months, with potential to extend)
Pay: £18 per hour
Hours: Flexible working pattern (0.4–0.5 FTE)
Reed Further Education is partnering with a dynamic Higher Education organisation to recruit an experienced Finance (and Payroll) Lead on a part-time, fully remote basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a key finance function, working closely with senior leadership while benefiting from a highly flexible working arrangement.
The Opportunity
This role sits at the heart of the organisation, bridging day-to-day financial operations and board-level oversight. Working alongside the CEO and Treasurer, you will play a vital role in maintaining financial stability, strengthening governance, and enabling effective decision-making.
