We are seeking a Filing Clerk for an immediate start in a temporary role that may extend beyond 3 months. This position is perfect for students looking for short-term employment. The primary task will be to support the transition of hard copy personnel files onto a new digital system.
Day-to-day of the role:
Scanning hard copy personnel files and uploading them onto a new digital system.
Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of digital data during the transfer process.
Organising and maintaining physical files for scanning and archiving.
Collaborating with the team to ensure all files are handled confidentially and efficiently.
Assisting in the verification and correction of scanned data as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with scanning equipment.
Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
