We are a well-established and growing packaging solutions provider, delivering innovative and high-quality packaging products to a diverse customer base. Due to continued expansion, we are seeking an experienced Field Sales Representative to cover the Hertfordshire region.
Role Overview
This is a field-based sales role focused on both new business development and account management. You will use your packaging industry expertise to identify customer needs, provide tailored solutions, and drive profitable growth across your territory.
Key Responsibilities
Develop new business opportunities across Hertfordshire and surrounding areas
Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customers
Conduct client meetings, site visits, and product demonstrations
Deliver consultative sales by recommending suitable packaging solutions
Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate pricing
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment
Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs
Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline management
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments
Requirements
Proven experience in a field sales role within the packaging industry (ESSENTIAL)
Strong knowledge of packaging products
Proven ability to generate new business and manage key accounts
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
Full UK driving licence
Desirable
Experience selling into industries such as FMCG, retail, logistics, or manufacturing
Technical understanding of bespoke or custom packaging solutions
Experience using CRM systems
