Job Title: Estates Administrator Reports To: Group Head of Estates Hours: 37 hours per week, full-time
Provide high‑quality administrative support to the Estates team across reactive maintenance, planned works, and compliance tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
Carry out general administrative duties including typing, filing, photocopying, and using Microsoft Office and specialist software.
Submit Purchase Orders for Estates functions, including cleaning services, across all sites.
Support the Group Head of Estates with placing orders and preparing information for both Estates departments.
Act as the main point of contact for managing internal and external bookings across the organisation.
Take minutes for Estates meetings when required.
Coordinate Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) systems across multiple car park sites.
Maintain an understanding of basic health and safety requirements relevant to estates functions and the importance of compliance documentation.
Handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately and with discretion.
Identify administrative or operational issues, escalate where necessary, and take proactive steps to resolve problems.
Carry out any additional duties required to support departmental operations.
