Digital Marketing Manager

Location: Kilmarnock (with responsibility across 3 clinic locations)
Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: circa. £40,000 (DOE)

As they continue to grow, they are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to take full ownership of their online presence and drive patient engagement across all their locations.

The Role

This is a hands-on, strategic and creative role where you will lead and execute their digital marketing efforts. You will play a key part in increasing brand awareness, generating high-quality leads, and supporting the continued growth of their clinics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy across all locations
  • Manage and optimise SEO to improve search rankings and drive organic traffic
  • Plan, execute and monitor paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, etc.)
  • Lead social media strategy and day-to-day management across all online platforms 
  • Create engaging content for social media, website, and campaigns
  • Analyse campaign performance and produce actionable insights
  • Manage website updates and ensure strong UX and conversion optimisation
  • Coordinate marketing activity across all clinic locations for consistency and impact
