About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced and driven Digital Marketing Executive with a minimum of 2 years’ hands-on marketing experience to join a fast-growing digital business.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong SEO knowledge, website management expertise, and a forward-thinking approach to AI tools to drive performance and innovation.

You’ll work closely with the Co-Founders, playing a key role in executing and optimising marketing strategies, improving digital performance, and supporting business growth. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role suited to someone proactive, analytical, and commercially aware.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Take ownership of SEO strategy and execution, including keyword research, on-page optimisation, and performance tracking
  • Manage and update company websites (CMS platforms), ensuring strong UX, SEO best practice, and conversion optimisation
  • Use AI tools and platforms to enhance marketing performance, content creation, and workflow efficiency
  • Analyse campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and provide actionable insights
  • Create and optimise digital content (web pages, blogs, landing pages, email campaigns)
  • Collaborate closely with the Co-Founders to support broader business and marketing initiatives
  • Monitor digital trends and continuously identify opportunities to improve performance

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a digital marketing role
  • Strong working knowledge of SEO (essential)
  • Experience managing and optimising websites / CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress or similar)
  • Proven ability to use AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, automation platforms) within marketing workflows
  • Comfortable analysing data and using insights to improve campaign performance
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365, particularly Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
