Experience within aerospace, oil & gas, or power generation sectors. Strong understanding of physical metallurgy, particularly steel and nickel-based alloys. Knowledge of OEM quality systems and customer requirements. Experience using improvement tools such as: RCCA (Root Cause Corrective Action) SPC (Statistical Process Control) Error Proofing / Poka-Yoke Problem-solving methodologies Flexible approach to working hours to support customer visits and audits when required.
