We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative / Administrator to work for a client based in Newbury for the next 3 months.
Full time Monday to Friday, £13.50 per hour.
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a busy and supportive team on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is customer-focused, organised, and able to manage a varied workload in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should be available to commit for the full 3 months.
Key Responsibilities:
Process customer orders, requests, and service-related queries accurately and efficiently.
Coordinate returns, collections, and deliveries, ensuring all documentation is handled correctly.
Manage incoming communications (phone and email), providing timely and professional responses.
Liaise with internal teams and external customers to maintain smooth day-to-day operations.
Investigate and resolve customer queries, including billing or invoice discrepancies.
Track, log, and follow up on issues through to resolution, keeping customers informed throughout.
Support team members across a range of tasks and contribute to shared objectives.
Collaborate with different departments on customer-related matters or operational processes.
Skills & Experience:
Previous experience in a customer service, customer support, or administrative role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships.
Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and general IT systems.
