As the Customer Service Manager, you will oversee daily operations, lead a team, and implement strategies to enhance service quality and efficiency.
About the Role:
Managing and developing a customer service team
Monitoring KPIs and driving continuous improvement
Handling escalated customer queries and complaints
Developing service processes and training programmes
Collaborating with internal departments to improve customer journeys
About You:
Proven experience in a senior customer service role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making ability
Experience working with KPIs and performance metrics
Professional, empathetic, and customer-focused approach
Salary & Working Pattern:
£27,000 – £28,000 per annum
Full-time, Monday to Friday
