Day-to-day responsibilities:
Carry out a mix of proactive and reactive outreach to identify and engage potential customers.
Support new and existing users to ensure successful adoption and ongoing use of the company’s platform.
Act as a key contact for customer queries via phone, video, and email.
Troubleshoot and resolve first- and second-line technical issues.
Assist with marketing activity to increase awareness and engagement.
Required skills & experience:
Strong communication skills across written, phone, and virtual channels.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach and ability to take ownership of tasks.
Comfortable learning new systems and technologies quickly.
Well organised, able to manage multiple priorities.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across teams.
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
