Reed is working with a manufacturing client based in Clevedon, North Somerset that is experiencing rapid growth in the UK and European markets. Recruiting for a Customer Service & Despatch Administrator on a full time, permanent basis.

This role is ideal for a highly motivated, energetic individual with a positive outlook, who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be a confident team player who can also work independently, ensuring the highest level of customer service and efficient despatch operations.

Hours: 40 hours per week (08:45 to 16:45 Mon-Thurs, 08:45 to 16:00 Fri)

Duties:

Liaise with customers and suppliers to facilitate the efficient processing of sales and purchase orders.

Manage customer expectations to ensure a high level of service, including timely deliveries and responses to queries and orders.

Coordinate the despatch of goods in liaison with Logistics, Hauliers, and Customers.

Prepare necessary despatch paperwork.

Coordinate and manage third-party storage.

Ensure customer deliveries are on time and complete.

Requirements:

Strong customer service skills both telephone and email

Competence in using Microsoft Office and Outlook, including Word and Excel.

GCSE or equivalent at Grade B or above in Maths and English.

Excellent time management skills with a flexible approach to work.

Full Right to Work in the UK.

Full Clean Driving Licence.
