We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Customer Service Advisors to join one of our key clients teams. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries, resolving issues and ensuring an excellent customer experience at every interaction. This is a fast-paced and varied role, ideal for someone who is a strong communicator, well-organised, and passionate about delivering outstanding service.
Day-to-day duties of the role:
Handle inbound and outbound customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, orders, and deliveries.
Resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Process orders, returns, and updates using internal systems.
Liaise with internal departments such as sales, logistics, and operations to resolve issues.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within CRM systems.
Meet individual and team KPIs, including response times and customer satisfaction targets.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer journey.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
