The Opportunity
As a Project Co-ordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to client expectations. You’ll act as the central point of communication, working closely with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to keep everything running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery & Coordination
Oversee multiple projects simultaneously from order through to completion
Manage timelines and ensure alignment across production, supply, and delivery schedules
Monitor progress and proactively resolve challenges
Client & Stakeholder Management
Act as the main point of contact for key clients
Confirm project requirements, specifications, and delivery plans
Maintain clear, consistent communication throughout
Planning, Procurement & Logistics
Coordinate internal production and external subcontractors as required
Source materials and services in a cost-effective manner
Arrange transport and oversee delivery schedules to meet customer expectations
Administration & Financial Tracking
Manage project documentation, orders, and invoicing
Track project costs and monitor budgets and margins
Ensure all financial and operational data is accurate and up to date
Quality & Compliance
Ensure outputs meet agreed specifications and quality standards
Maintain compliance with internal processes and regulatory requirements
About You
Experience in project coordination, project management, or a similar role
Background in manufacturing, engineering, construction, or logistics is highly desirable
Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects
Commercial awareness and confidence managing costs and budgets
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
