Customer Service & Administration Assistant – Immediate Start
East Grinstead (Office-based)
Full-time | 8am–5pm or 9am–6pm
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a key client based in East Grinstead who is seeking a Customer Service & Administration Assistant to join their team on an immediate basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a busy, fast-paced environment where you will play a key role in supporting both customers and internal operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Handling customer enquiries via phone and email
Processing orders and updating internal systems
Providing general administrative support to the team
Liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth operations
Maintaining accurate records and documentation
What we’re looking for:
Previous customer service and/or administrative experience
Strong communication and organisational skills
Good attention to detail
Confident using Microsoft Office and internal systems
A proactive and team-oriented approach
