Day-to-day of the role:
Assist customers in selecting the perfect coffee solutions for various office areas.
Manage machine order specifications and oversee the ordering process, including lease arrangements and customization of orders to meet client specifications.
Coordinate with technical teams for site visits and installations as necessary.
Maintain regular contact with clients after installation to ensure satisfaction with products and services.
Support clients with orders for coffee and other consumables, ensuring a continuous supply and addressing any concerns promptly.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring all their needs are met and they are delighted with the services provided.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in a customer service or customer success role.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
A deep love for coffee and a commitment to providing top-notch customer service.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
