  • Manage machine order specifications and oversee the ordering process, including lease arrangements and customization of orders to meet client specifications.
  • Coordinate with technical teams for site visits and installations as necessary.
  • Maintain regular contact with clients after installation to ensure satisfaction with products and services.
  • Support clients with orders for coffee and other consumables, ensuring a continuous supply and addressing any concerns promptly.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring all their needs are met and they are delighted with the services provided.
