My client is a global packaging company, being one of the largest companies to provide innovative solutions to various markets worldwide. Due to continued growth, they are currently seeking a Customer Account Executive to join their team in Belfast.
This is a Full-Time, Temporary position to then go Permanent thereafter.
Working Hours: Mon – Fri 9am-5pm
With a salary of £26,000 per annum.
Job Purpose:
As a Customer Account Executive, you will be working within the Customer Service Department which will include a client facing position with filing and administrative duties. You will be a direct link between customers and the business while ensuring that all filing and documentation storage procedures are followed.
Essential Criteria:
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels – with strong customer facing skills.
Highly analytical and good attention to detail.
Ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload.
Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.
Flexible approach to working hours.
Desirable Criteria:
2+ years’ experience within a similar role.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Filing of product specifications and job bags
Raising internal product specifications which will be used for manufacturing purposes
Processing purchase orders & raising internal job bags for production
Ensuring that all relevant information is communicated to the customer & internally
