We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a busy and supportive team on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is customer-focused, organised, and able to manage a varied workload in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should be available to commit for the full 3 months. Key Responsibilities: Process customer orders, requests, and service-related queries accurately and efficiently. Coordinate returns, collections, and deliveries, ensuring all documentation is handled correctly. Manage incoming communications (phone and email), providing timely and professional responses.
