What You'll Be Doing

Delivering pre-set work and maintaining a positive learning environment
Keeping students engaged, focused, and motivated
Supporting pupils where needed
Following school policies and safeguarding procedures
Building confidence in different classroom settings
Providing clear feedback to teaching staff

We're Looking For

Recent UK classroom experience
Strong behaviour management and communication skills
An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
