We are seeking a polished and professional Corporate Receptionist to provide front-of-house support for a one-week assignment starting 8th June.

Key Responsibilities:
Managing the front desk and providing a warm, professional welcome to all visitors
Handling incoming calls with confidence, efficiency, and excellent telephone etiquette
Managing meeting room bookings and preparing rooms when required
Handling incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Providing general administrative support where needed
Requirements:
Proven reception or front-of-house experience within a corporate environment
Excellent telephone manner with clear and professional communication skills
Immaculately well-presented with a confident and approachable demeanour
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a new environment
