We are seeking a polished and professional Corporate Receptionist to provide front-of-house support for a one-week assignment starting 8th June.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced receptionist who thrives in a fast-paced corporate environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the front desk and providing a warm, professional welcome to all visitors
  • Handling incoming calls with confidence, efficiency, and excellent telephone etiquette
  • Managing meeting room bookings and preparing rooms when required
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Providing general administrative support where needed
