We are looking for a Composite Technician to join an innovative manufacturing business specialising in the design, development, and production of advanced composite products.

Working as part of the production team, you will be responsible for manufacturing high-quality composite components while maintaining excellent standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Lamination and vacuum bagging of composite components
Cutting, grinding, sanding, and finishing products
Following technical drawings and work instructions
Operating production machinery and hand tools
Supporting assembly, fitting, and packing of finished products
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For:

Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or composite production preferred
Strong attention to detail and quality standards
Ability to follow technical instructions and drawings
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Team player with a strong focus on Health & Safety
