My client is a leading organisation based in Belfast. Who specialise on delivering support and services to improve the health and wellbeing of those in need. They are currently seeking a Community Partnership Officer to join their team.
This is a Full-Time, Temporary position, for 3-6 months (with a hybrid working model of attending the office for 2 days per week on a rota basis).
Working hours: 37 hours per week.
With a salary of £37,694 per annum (£19.59 per hour)
Job Role:
You will be responsible for the provision of development, support and guidance to funded Community Partner organisations that deliver support and services to those in need.
Essential Criteria:
Experience of programme or project experience working within the community and voluntary sector.
Practical experience of developing positive relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders across the community and voluntary sector.
Practical experience developing Monitoring and Evaluation frameworks and monitoring progress against key outcomes.
Experience of analysing complex financial and non-financial information and producing recommendations to management.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to work as part of a team as well as your own initiative.
A current UK Driving License with access to a car. This will be waived in the case of an applicant whose disability prohibits driving, but who is able to organise suitable alternative arrangements.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Work with community partners, stakeholders and voluntary groups to improve support for those in need.
Support partner organisations to plan, deliver and review their services in line with funding requirements.
Help develop and use systems to measure the impact of services on health and wellbeing.
Supervise staff within the programmes team and monitor performance.
Provide guidance and advice to organisations managing funding.
Help update and improve grant policies and procedures.
Prepare reports for management on outcomes and progress.
Identify training needs and support organisations to build capacity and deliver quality services.
Attend relevant meetings and contribute to programme development.
Maintain accurate records and ensure databases are kept up to date.
Support delivery of business plan targets and monitor performance against key indicators.
Represent the company at public events.
Provide effective, evidence-based advice and information to the Community Partnership Manager.
Prepare reports, attend meetings and represent the Service in events and activities.
Optimise the success of project and programme delivery plans by being responsive and solution focussed.
Uphold the company reputation and public image in any external communications.
