Working Pattern: Fully office-based

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Legal Secretary to join a busy and supportive legal team on a fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave.

This role will involve providing dedicated support to a Senior Consultant who operates at a fast pace, alongside working collaboratively with another Legal Secretary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing high-level secretarial support to a Senior Consultant
  • Managing correspondence, documents, and legal paperwork
  • Supporting with case management and administrative tasks
  • Assisting at a level that may extend into paralegal-style duties
  • Maintaining accuracy and organisation in a high-volume environment

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Legal Secretary
  • Strong property experience (ideally commercial property)
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, demanding environment
  • Confident working independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with case management systems (e.g. TSB, LEAP or similar) desirable
  • “Traditional” legal secretarial skillset essential
