Reed is recruiting on behalf of an established distributor based in Bradford, our client is looking for a motivated Client Account Manager to join their team. This role is ideal for someone a few years into their career, looking for a new challenge and eager to develop both personally and professionally. Day-to-day of the role:
Work closely with the Customer Business Manager team and Area Sales Manager to manage customer requirements, stock, orders, and proactively share market information.
Aim to generate first-class customer service levels and increase the value of contribution from your allocated customer base.
Build long-term relationships with customers by visiting regularly and keeping them updated with market and product developments.
Eventually manage your own accounts independently, maintaining high standards of service and engagement.
Represent customers internally, ensuring their needs and expectations are met promptly and efficiently.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience in a customer service role is advantageous but not essential.
Ability to understand technical product details; however, training is provided for the right candidate.
Strong relationship-building skills, with a focus on long-term customer engagement.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must have a valid driver's license and own transport, as the role requires travel.
