Are you an experienced and passionate Registered Manager looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young people? We are seeking a dedicated leader to oversee a children’s residential home in Leiston, supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).

🔍 The Role

As the Ofsted Registered Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and outcomes for children and young people.

You will lead and inspire a team to create a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment that promotes stability, personal growth, and positive outcomes.
