Day-to-day of the role:
Provide compassionate care and support to clients in their own homes.
Assist clients with daily activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication management.
Maintain confidentiality and sensitivity to the needs of clients, especially the sick or infirm.
Work collaboratively with other team members and independently when required.
Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals.
