We are seeking a Business Development Manager with a knack for B2C sales, ideally from an insurance or logistics or even car rental background ideally but not essential to spearhead our expansion in the logistics and passenger vehicle sectors. Selling Affordable, member-focused protection and savings products providing financial support during illness and everyday healthcare needs.
All profits are reinvested in the company
Day-to-day of the role:
Recruit and support members, ensuring they receive optimal cover and service.
Achieve sales targets by adopting a sustainable and needs-based selling approach.
Explore and seize new business opportunities across West London and beyond.
Act as a professional ambassador for our brand, adhering to all regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and positive outcomes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in B2C sales, preferably within the Insurance, car rental, logistics, or passenger vehicle industries.
Training provided on this niche brand
Strong ability to meet sales targets and expand customer base
Able to structure and plan daily and weekly
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Must be happy with early starts and early finishes
