Reed Business Support are recruiting for a Business Development Manager on behalf of our valued client, based in Ashford. This Business Development Manager opportunity is ideal for an ambitious and commercially minded individual who can identify growth opportunities and drive strategic sales initiatives.
About the Role:
Identifying and developing new business opportunities within target markets
Managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
Building long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders
Attending networking events and meetings to promote the business
Producing sales forecasts and performance reports
About You:
Proven track record in business development or B2B sales
Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work
Salary & Working Pattern:
£35,000–£45,000 basic + bonus/commission
Monday to Friday, flexible working available
