Our client has an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Bookkeeper to join their team on a full or part time basis.
This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a well-established team, working with a diverse client base and gaining exposure to a broad range of accounting duties.
Responsibilities
Solid experience in bookkeeping, preferably within an accountancy practice or similar environment
Proficient in preparing VAT returns, year-end accounts, and management accounts
Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g. Sage, Xero, QuickBooks)
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
Confident communicator with a client-focused approach
Criteria:
A minimum of 2+ years’ experience working at a Bookkeeping/ Assistant Accountant level
Previous experience working within an Accountancy Practice setting is preferable
IT Proficient
The ability to work independently and as a team player
