The Role

• Managing a portfolio of audit and assurance clients across a variety of sectors
• Leading audits from planning through to completion
• Reviewing statutory accounts and audit files
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Identifying opportunities to provide additional value and advisory support
• Leading, coaching, and mentoring junior team members
• Managing budgets, deadlines, and resource allocation
• Supporting Partners with team development and business growth initiatives
• Ensuring compliance with UK audit and accounting standards

About You

• ACA / ACCA or equivalent qualification
• Strong UK accountancy practice experience
• Experience managing audit assignmemts and client relationships
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• A proactive and commercial mindset
