Day-to-day of the role:
Provide payroll support for payrolls across multiple regions.
Assist with balance sheet reconciliations.
Help in the preparation of monthly management accounts.
Conduct month-end tasks.
Support bank reconciliation processes.
Manage employee expenses.
Collaborate closely with the wider business, providing support across various financial activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1 to 3 years of experience in a finance role.
Partly qualified in ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent, with the intention to complete studies during employment.
Intermediate to advanced Excel and Outlook skills.
Experience using Finance and Accounting Software.
Experience in a fast-paced professional services environment is desirable.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive under pressure.
Strong communicator, able to influence and build relationships across the business.
Understanding of basic accounting principles and revenue recognition.
Strong task management skills and the ability to see tasks through to completion.
Commercial awareness and approach.
