We are seeking an Asset Data Analyst to join our team on a temporary full-time basis. This role involves managing and improving our Asset Management System, supporting project delivery within the Asset Management team, and ensuring effective data collection and analysis.
Day-to-day of the role:
Manage and configure the Asset Management System, inputting information and ensuring its continuous improvement.
Support the Asset Management team through project delivery, co-designing processes, and amending policies.
Lead on data collection and retention initiatives.
Project manage contractors and partners, ensuring finance, performance, and quality control mechanisms are effectively monitored for data collection programmes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Degree in a building-related subject, a data analyst qualification, or equivalent knowledge gained through work experience.
Strong data analysis skills with experience in managing large datasets in a controlled environment.
Ability to collate, analyse, and publish statistical and qualitative data in various formats for diverse audiences.
Proficiency in using bespoke asset management databases and adapting quickly to new software.
Experience in a multi-disciplinary team, ensuring stock condition data is collected and validated within project timescales.
Knowledge of domestic housing construction and Asset Management principles is desirable.
NEC experience is a bonus but not essential.
