The team is expanding due to continued business growth, offering the opportunity to lead the creative direction of integrated online and offline campaigns for a premium consumer brand.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys shaping brand storytelling, delivering standout creative, and working across multiple touchpoints in a fast paced agency environment.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Lead the development and execution of creative concepts across campaigns, marketing materials, and digital platforms.
  • Oversee visual style, imagery, and overall creative direction for projects.
  • Collaborate with in-house stakeholders, external suppliers, and the customer to deliver cohesive campaigns.
  • Manage and mentor our team of creative professionals.
  • Review and approve key visuals and social media campaign assets to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Present concepts and strategies to the client and our Creative Director.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and technologies to maintain innovative output.
  • Ensure all creative work aligns with brand guidelines and messaging.
  • Help manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Art Director or in a senior creative role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative leadership and design expertise.
  • Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Excellent understanding of typography, colour theory, layout, and visual storytelling.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proven ability to adapt and learn existing customer brand styles and creative output.
  • Strategic thinking with a strong attention to detail.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Typically 5+ years of experience in design/creative roles, with leadership experience preferred.
