Residential Care Worker (Children’s Home) Pay: £26,400 to £27,360 Location: Doncaster Reporting to: Senior Residential Worker / Deputy Manager / Registered Manager About the Role We are looking for a committed Residential Care Worker to support children and young people in a residential setting. You will provide high-quality, therapeutic care, helping to meet their emotional, social, and developmental needs while ensuring their safety and wellbeing at all times. This role involves shift work, including evenings, weekends, sleep-ins, and bank holidays. ASB Response Officer Annual Salary: £32,597 Location: Norwich (covering Norwich area) Job Type: Temporary We are seeking an ASB Response Officer to join our team on a temporary basis. This role is crucial for investigating reports of antisocial behaviour within the Norwich area and progressing appropriate responses in line with council policies and procedures. The position is subject to a DBS check. Day-to-day of the role: Investigate reports of anti-social behaviour and manage a personal caseload using a risk-based approach. Undertake a case management approach to ASB investigations, directed by the national ASB risk management matrix. Liaise with the police, partner agencies, and council departments to resolve ASB and hate crime cases effectively. Regularly participate in team tasking meetings and attend Norwich Early Help Hub sessions to coordinate responses. Support vulnerable customers, ensuring their wellbeing, safety, and access to appropriate services. Attend and contribute to multi-agency operational meetings and case conferences as directed by the line manager. Maintain accurate case records to required standards, ensuring compliance with safeguarding, GDPR, equality, and health & safety policies. Manage expectations of customers and partners, providing clear communication and promoting safe and fair outcomes. Support the ASB Enforcement Officer with court preparation and represent cases in partnership forums. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven ASB Case Management experience. Good knowledge of the Anti-social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage partner and customer expectations effectively. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a high-pressure environment. Experience in liaising with multiple agencies to resolve complex cases. Case Management Worker Location: Homeless Hostel Service Hours: 35 hours per week (Monday–Friday, rota shifts: 7:30am–3:30pm / 1pm–9pm, occasional cover required) Contract: Temp to Perm About the Role We are recruiting for a Case Management Worker to support individuals experiencing homelessness within a supported accommodation setting. You will work with vulnerable adults who may face challenges such as mental health issues, substance misuse, or involvement with the criminal justice system, helping them move towards independent living. Key Responsibilities Carry out resident inductions and support new arrivals Develop and deliver person-centred support plans and risk assessments Hold regular one-to-one sessions to review progress and set goals Support residents with housing applications, benefits, and move-on plans Maintain accurate records, reports, and case notes Work closely with external agencies (e.g. social services, probation, healthcare professionals) Promote resident engagement, independence, and wellbeing Ensure safeguarding and health & safety procedures are followed Conduct regular property and welfare checks About You Experience working in a support, housing, or similar environment Understanding of homelessness and complex needs Strong communication, organisation, and report writing skills Ability to manage a caseload and prioritise workload effectively Confident in risk assessment and support planning IT literate (Microsoft Office and case management systems) A compassionate, proactive and resilient approach Desirable Relevant qualification in Health & Social Care, Housing, or similar Knowledge of welfare benefits and housing processes This role is being recruited on a temporary to permanent basis.
