We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Assistant primarily focused on bank reconciliations to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial records through effective reconciliation processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform bank reconciliations to ensure all transactions are accurately recorded
Investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial records
Collaborate with the finance team to maintain accurate and up-to-date records
Assist in preparing financial reports related to reconciliations
Experience:
Relevant qualifications (AAT, ACCA, ACA or similar, or qualified by experience)
Experience in bank reconciliations
Proficiency in accounting software (Sage, QuickBooks, Xero, etc.)
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
This position offers flexibility with the option to work full-time or part-time and can be performed in-office or mostly remote, based on your needs.
