Reed Accountancy are supporting an established and successful client in the Crawley area in the recruitment of an Accounts Assistant to join their existing team.
This role will ensure accurate and timely processing of group accounts, provide financial support and backup information to the Financial Controller and maintain financial compliance at all times. Due to limited public transport options, this role requires access to your own vehicle.
Key Responsibilities
Process accounts swiftly and accurately
Bank money daily and manage ledger transfers, invoices and credit notes.
Reconcile purchase ledger accounts and maintain supplier relationships.
Provide cashflow data and support the Financial Controller with reporting.
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, company policies, and industry standards.
