The Opportunity
Join a fast-paced finance team during an exciting period of change and transformation. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Accounts Assistant to play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records while supporting improvements to systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities
Process and allocate customer payments, including direct debits, card, and bank transfers
Issue and manage refunds and credit notes
Raise invoices across accounts
Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies
Monitor outstanding balances and support credit control activities
Assist with daily bank reconciliations and month-end tasks
Respond to payment queries and liaise with internal teams
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial data
About You
Minimum 2 years’ experience in an Accounts Assistant or Finance Administration role
Strong understanding of Accounts Receivable processes
High attention to detail with excellent numerical accuracy
Confident using financial systems and Excel
Organised, able to meet deadlines, and work both independently and as part of a team
