We are excited to introduce a new role for a European Account Manager based in London. This position is designed to enhance client engagement and optimise the use of products, services, and apps across Europe. The European Account Manager will be pivotal in managing the after-care process, helping clients maximise the effectiveness of audio guides and tours provided to their visitors.
Day-to-day of the role:
Client Management and Support:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients across Europe.
Provide comprehensive after-care services, including training, mentoring, and ongoing support.
Regularly update clients on new content options and support materials available through our online portal.
Training and Troubleshooting:
Train clients on our content management system and ensure they are comfortable with its features.
Assist with troubleshooting any issues clients encounter.
Marketing and Communication:
Advise clients on developing effective marketing strategies and communication plans to maximise app engagement and usage.
Share best practices for app marketing to enhance visitor experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Fluency in English and French
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in project management or client relationship management within a client-facing role.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and maintain strong client relationships.
